Snap-on Professional Tools – A New Brand in Our Range
Snap-on Tools: A Key to Professional Success – A New Brand in Our Range!
In the world of professional tools, Snap-on sets high standards for reliability, precision and innovation.
Snap-on tools and solutions are trusted by professionals in demanding industries, including aviation and aerospace, defence, oil and gas, power generation, rail transport, general industry and heavy vehicle fleet maintenance.
By observing how professionals work and understanding the challenges they face, Snap-on develops solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each industry.
Snap-on offers more than hand tools and power tools. Its range also includes advanced tool control and management systems, as well as storage solutions designed to work alongside existing processes, support day-to-day operations and reduce downtime.
For everyday workshop and maintenance tasks, the range includes Snap-on wrenches and wrench sets, ratchets and sockets, torque wrenches and impact wrenches. Tool trolleys, cabinets and storage systems help keep tools organised and accessible at the workstation.

INNOVATION AT THE HEART OF SNAP-ON
Continuous innovation is central to Snap-on's approach to tool design. Its engineering, metallurgy and manufacturing expertise are used to develop tools that meet the demands of professional applications, with a focus on performance, durability and reliability.
Selected Snap-on wrenches and sockets feature the Flank Drive® profile, which applies force to the flat surfaces of a bolt or nut rather than its corners, helping to reduce the risk of rounding. Ratchets equipped with the Dual 80® mechanism feature 80 teeth and a 4.5° swing arc, making them particularly useful when working on fasteners in confined spaces.
TORQCHECK DIGITAL TORQUE TESTER
One example of Snap-on's engineering is the TORQCHECK digital torque tester. Designed to verify torque tools, it provides torque readings with an accuracy of ±1%. Its user-friendly interface and three operating modes make it suitable for production, assembly and process control applications.
SNAP-ON LEVEL 5 TOOL CONTROL SYSTEM
Level 5 Tool Control is an advanced tool management system that enables real-time tracking and control of tools, helping businesses monitor tool availability and compliance with operational requirements. The system combines several key functions:
Real-time tool availability and compliance: Helps ensure that tools are available, serviceable and managed in line with applicable procedures. This is particularly important in safety-critical environments such as aviation and power generation.
Access control: Allows companies to manage who can use specific tools and when. Restricting access to authorised personnel supports workplace safety and accountability.
Tool usage analysis: The system collects information on tool use, helping teams identify usage patterns, plan maintenance and improve operational processes.
Tool traceability: Provides visibility into tool location, condition and usage history, reducing the risk of misplaced tools and unnecessary delays.
Tool control is particularly important in aircraft maintenance. Even a small socket or bit left inside an aircraft can cause serious damage. Level 5 helps teams track the issue and return of tools and reduce the risk of FOD (Foreign Object Damage), which can be caused by foreign objects left in or around aircraft.

REACTION ARMS FOR TORQUE MULTIPLIERS
Snap-on offers a wide selection of reaction arms for use with manual, battery-powered and pneumatic torque multipliers. Reaction arms transfer the reaction force to an adjacent fastener or a suitable part of the structure, preventing the multiplier from rotating unintentionally during operation. Applications include heavy vehicle fleet maintenance, wind turbine installation and servicing, and general industrial maintenance.
SNAP-ON CROWFOOT WRENCHES – ACCESS TO HARD-TO-REACH FASTENERS
Where a conventional wrench cannot easily reach a fastener, Snap-on crowfoot wrenches provide an alternative. Used with a ratchet, extension or suitable torque wrench, these open-ended attachments make it easier to work around hydraulic and fuel lines and other hard-to-reach connections.
They are also used in aircraft maintenance, where access to fasteners is often restricted. Snap-on offers crowfoot attachments in metric and imperial sizes, with different designs available to suit the specific task.
CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Snap-on also develops customised tooling solutions tailored to the operational and technical needs of individual businesses. Through collaboration with engineers and specialists known as Solutioneers, the company can design tools and systems for specialised applications, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency and ease of use.
This process starts with understanding the customer's particular challenges, followed by design, prototyping and production. Snap-on draws on its expertise in metallurgy, engineering and product development to create solutions for applications that standard tools may not fully address.
SUPPORT AND SERVICE
Snap-on provides a lifetime warranty on all its tools.
Choosing Snap-on tools means working with a manufacturer that understands the requirements of professional users and develops solutions for demanding working environments.
With its knowledge of industry requirements, commitment to innovation and focus on safety and customisation, Snap-on supports professionals in aviation, defence, power generation and other sectors where precision and durability matter.
